Stephanie Arostegui is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate specializing in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child Welfare from Southeastern University.

With extensive experience in individual therapy for children who have experienced trauma—as well as their caregivers—Mrs. Arostegui brings both expertise and deep empathy to her practice. She is passionate about working with children and teenagers and finds great joy in witnessing their growth.

Her approach is grounded in an understanding of child development and emotional needs, allowing her to create a safe, supportive space where young clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Using evidence-based practices, she helps children build essential coping skills and resilience. She collaborates closely with families, providing guidance and encouragement to support each child's healing journey and celebrate their successes.
